Aircel — Aircel outlet cheated

I got msg to submit docs.I was late and my number ([protected]) got suspended. I went to RT nagar aircel outlet and he asked me resubmit the docs and pay 300. I gave all my docs and paid 300, by today it's been 25 days he has not given me alternate sim. Every week I visit the outlet and come back putting my head down..I have been using this SIM from past 7 years.

Please make a note of my alternate number[[protected]], let me also check how soon your team will resolve my issue.

This will give me a confirmation whether I should continue using Aircel network or not.

After escalating things, I have finally received a call from Aircel Outlet.

He asked me to come and collect fresh Sim.
