[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel Packs activated without mu knowlwledge | |||
Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated pocket internet pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.48(30+15+3)/-. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-(screenshot attached). But i havnt got any update on that or the refund. This is happening to me every month. Last month they activated sayari pack and i filed a complaint. Thanking You.
