I am Vinothkumar I have an issue with my postpaid connection ([protected]), the outgoing call barring is on which I need to deactivate.
I have an issue in the billing where there are n number of value added services getting activated and my bill came up to 909 whereas my monthly rental is 250 only, but the value added services is more than 300 rupees.
I just want to deactivate all of these value added services and i also need to get waiver in my bill on these things.

I went to aircel store and they said these value added services will get activated when we use aircel data, without any notification these value added services gets activated. More over due to some issue the out going call barring in on for my number so i was unable to stop these services.

These service are charged more than my monthly rent, without my knowledge these services got activated. I have 3 more post paid connection in my name from aircel for my family i almost faced the same problem in all my numbers.

The complaint number which i raise in aircel store 1-[protected]. I have been said from the store that i need to be careful while using aircel internet as there are many third party pop ups will be coming which i should now click which i activate the value added services which is not the case with other service providers like (airtel, vodafone etc). The call barring is on without my knowlege and to activate it i again need to call the verification department to activate it.

As per our concerned team, you have been charged for VAS service for the past 3 months. You are active with the VAS subscription and the charges deducted are for reactivation of subscription. Hence, charges found authentic and reversal not applicable as consent Id was present.
