Aircel — Aircel sim card balance deduction

I am using Aircel operator, and as soon as i recharge the sim card with more than 10 rs the they deduct my balance every day. When i call them and tell the problem they say that i clicked on a link which is crating the problem, but i am not using internet on my phone, then how is it possible. i say this is a fraud style of earning money. I once again called them and they say that they are unable to provide any information as the software is upgrading and told me to wait for 4 hours. i again called them and every time when i call the computer says that all the agents are busy and drops the call, but when i call from other mobile the they picks up the call. Now what i do. I wants the refund. Please help me...

Aircel Customer Care-- I Cant Reveal My Phone no Online. I Recharged My Phone on 12 or 13 Nov. When i Checked My Balance, After Some Days, it Was Found To Be Rs.0. And For Message, No. I Never Received A Message From Your Team. Every Time I Call, Either They Transfers My Call To GPRS Department Or says That The Software is Updating, Wait For 4 Hour
