I have sent the same question to the given email id ([protected]@aircel.co.in). And in a reply i got the code type "STORE <pincode>" and send it to 121. I did the same and i got reply "No Store Available".

Distance between Tatanagar (my home town) to Ranchi is 136 km. It takes 03:30 hrs to reach Ranchi.

That i know, but there is no nearest Aircel Store in my address. What you have suggested to go to Ranchi. Its about 136 KM away from my location. My query is moving around the point. Now the only way to buy the sim is to buy it from local shops, I think So.
