[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel swindling customer money

My aircel prepaid number [protected] was one day suddenly wiped out of the balance of rs103 and after my complaint rs51 was reversed into my account, also i had bought a ratecutter of rs178 about a month ago which should charge me 20ps/min for aircel to aircel and 40ps/min for other service providers but i am being charged more than that for more than a month but no action has been taken to correct it although i have escalated the issue many times, aircel needs to improve its service if it wants to survive in this tough indian telecom market.

1.I have not received any intimation that my main a.c is being deducted apart from the internet pack charges already deducted then what is the use of having data packs

2.the rate cutter issue is still going on for more than a month with no resolution in sight you guys have found a nice way to swindle customer's money you will pay a heavy price one day if you follow such unethical practices of deducting amount from customer's acc on your whims and fancies.
The csr is giving a wrong date of deduction in the email which shows that they dont even have the record of the transactions done in the account with the date and time, i am amazed at the systems in place at aircel...

Overcharging the customer in the name of ratecutter is also continuing from day one...aircel rocks
The rate cutter overcharging issue is still going on with no resolution from aircel they are simply refusing to accept the fraud that is happening in the name of ratecutter
