[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel - Talktime deducted

Hi Sir,
I have recharged with 251 to my number ([protected]), i did this recharge with online, after recharge my amount is deducted from my account but amount is not credited back to me.Data plan is not applied to my number and money is not credited back. I have called the customer care guy and he is not responded correctly.

Amount: Rs 251

and i have got call from [protected] and [protected] and they enquired about my card number digits and expire date finally they asked my CVV number.. Not sure why they need all these details to credit my amount.
