[Resolved]  Aircel — Auto deduction from call balance without any reason

Hi,

My aircel no. is [protected].

₹45 were deducted from my call balance today in the pretext of a voice call that I did not make and for which no record exists. Last month also, I lost ₹90 from my call balance, despite not having subscribed to any VAS. I want to know the reason why the said amount was deducted from my call balance.

This is very unethical on part of Aircel to cheat their customers.

Kindly see that I get an immediate refund of ₹45 and ₹90 in my call balance, and no amount gets deducted in future, for otherwise I will habe to approach consumer court.

Hi,

₹ 45 were deducted on August 27, 2016 in evening. I did not recieve any SMS, but a amount deduction notified on screen which stated that I lost ₹45 for a 60 sec call (which I did not make and no record for it exists). I use the said aircel sim with a basic Nokia 130 phone and hence I couldnt take any screenshot.

Last month I lost ₹90 for the same reason but I did not register any complaint that time.

If aircel technical team does a background check on my call balance history, it will get to know of the ₹45 amount that was deducted on August 27 2016.

Kindly let me know exactly why I incurred losses of ₹45 and ₹90 in two months and is there any value added service for which I am being unnecessary charged? Aircel would do me a big favour by refunding ₹45 and ₹90.

I have just begun the process of porting my number to Airtel. I have had enough of Aircel.

I would like to tell everybody through this public forum that dont ever go for Aircel. They are the worst mobile tele company of India. They'll deduct money from if you keep positive call balance, no matter what. Be warned everyone.
