Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

I cant able send port sms to company for porting my number..its says sms deliver failed.. in last 30 days, i contacted customer care for several times.. but no resposce from them.. sometimes they hold up my call on wait, some time disconnects, sometime says server down etc..

Very poor response from aircel. Your complaint assistance 198 is not working. You are charging intentionally for the pack "ndmc170317sms2". Ultimately it will reduce your credibility.
Without making the conversation long, i request you to kindly deactivate the above pack and stop making fool your customers.

Dear aircel. Mobile no :- [protected] i bought the sim from my hometown kolkata. I have been using the sim since 2012. Now due to inactivity for last few months as i was in other city the incoming call facility has been stopped and also no sms are incoming and there is no signal. The sim is deactivated.

I have given my numbers [protected] and +[protected] for deactivation and cleared all the bills and submitted the letter for deactivation but still i am getting the bills. When i called them they said it's in the safe custody and the bill is getting generated. When i asked them to deactivate why did they have to put it in safe custody. Aircel announced 348 rupees pack o[censored]nlimited calls and 2gb data. So i recharged it. But i receive only 100mb data then i called aircel customer care that customer care exexcutive asked 2gb offer only for 4g handset not for the 3g handset. But they did not mention it in the offer message. I have proof for that. I have attached that msg here
