West bengal circale [protected] march 2016 call record requiest...

Despite being on rate cutter and not a frequent user of mobile data, i have lost my account balance completely and my internet services stand deactivated mysteriously, as on dec 15, 2016.

I demand a refund of the amount 74.86 inr that was deducted from my account and restore the remaining data for my aircel number [protected], which was recharged with 98 inr rate cutter for mobile internet on dec 4, 2016.

And today i went to aircel office the officer said that u have called some isd calls

And that purpose u need to pay 2500.

O i checked phone call logs i did not call those international please verify that...

I received a fake call thrice till now. I tried to call back and in10 seconds 100 rupees were deducted in my account. I tried to reach customer care ten times till now and they are disconnecting my call and no proper service. Worst customer service very much disappointed. The customer care never refunds money in my account even it was their fault too many problems to connect the customer care...

I have send mail already 2 times to customer care

No response from them still my no not activate... Otp password not receiving i was in abroad suffering lot without transfer

Monthly charge they itself changing every month...

I hate this damn service.. Refund my fund and close all my 3 postpaid connection... Or once...

My number is [protected]. I am receiving ads before every calls i make. This lasts for about 5-10 seconds. This is very annoying as when we make calls in emergency situation, what we hear is nothing but these non sense ads. Please remove this as soon as possible. Its very much disturbing and also its dangerous. You cant play with the valuable time of others. I have already activated dnd....

My mobile number is [protected]. I made a recharge of rs 109. But unfortunately this recharge has been made on [protected], thorugh my cental bank of india online payment by paytm india. So please i want to back my this amount as soon as possible....

Hi Team,

My father took a connection in Aircel around 2009. As Aircel was providing postpaid only to corporates, it was taken in the name of an travels company at that time.

But now the company doesn't exists. And i couldn't do any changes to my number like changing plan or changing billing address.

Kindly let me know how to proceed and change the billing address and change the connection from...

I received an SMS from DT-AIRCEL, on 14/12/2016 at 02:15:17 pm, that my account was debited by Rs 29 due to subscription to Dialer tune facility, but
I have not made any such request, neither verbally over the line or through text. Is this a common practice of this company to deduct account balance like this. This is a serious incident of fraud, I want a resolution at the earliest.

Earlier only messaging was not happening and i talked to customer car service yesterday but now from yesterday outgoing call and incoming call are also not happening.

One more thing, yesterday my balance around 66 rupees were deducted without my concern due to automatic activation of some useless pack.

So do something about my concern.

It has been working fine since last 8 months. Suddenly it disappeared and is not getting detected. I have recharged for 77 just before 2 hours. I have used the number for many official purposes and i get many codes to verify. Please rectify this.

I 'm using the aircel for a long period and now suddenly it shows an error message that sim card registration failed. I tried to resolve it by putting in different mobile, but i find that in other mobiles also aircel network is not working. Same is the case for other members also.

I am using my number for calling purpose and never bother to read my messages. Today I saw those messages that Aircel activated some VAS charging Rs.9/day from 26-Aurg-2016 to[protected]. They decativated my service when I asked them for refund and disconnected the call everytime I asked to talk to their senior executive for the concern. The only information they got is "You misclicked on some call from company". I already has those company...

Few hours before, aircel number signal went out completely and it is not showing even single signal.
I will get important calls as I am searching for jobs.

Hello Sir, My Aircel Number is :[protected] and my sim stopped working suddenly from evening, I tired so many times by inserting sim again and restarted phone also but the signals are not showing up. I dont know whats happening to this Aircel signals.For the first time im getting feeling to change the sim number to Airtel by using portability. Please solve my issue as soon as possible

I have been receiving zero aircel signal on my phone since last 2 hours at Boduppal, Hyderabad . I tried restarting my HTC desire 826 device and tried inserting the sim again. But nothing seems to work. Please address the issue as soon as possible. I am missing several important calls and if this continues then I might have to stop using aircel forever....
