I have a very bad experience with aircel, one day i received a call from aircel team for postpaid connection & they have offered me rs.225 plan...in that they told me that they will provide less call rate facility & 1gb 3g net fee..& they have taken rs.250 advance & told me they will adjust in coming bill.
But after 7-8 days i have received a call from another aircel executive they told me that this is a welcome call & explained me...

Subscription to offers and deduction of money

I have sent an sms 'PORT xxxxxxxxxx (my mobile no) to 1900' 3 times already on 6th november 2016, but havent got the UPC code yet. Taking time to convert from postpaid to prepaid. Unnecessarily they are making us to pay daily rental. No one provide proper support. I had called 198 last week to cancel all the services that are subscribed to, also I sent an SMS at 59301 as request, I got a reply as no offer exists n services deactivated, but today 2 of the services got auto renewed without any notification and my balance of 33 was deducted.
I need my balance back and the services deactivated forever....
