1. why you have change my existing plans without my written approval?

2. why the agent offices do not co-operate and neglect my request for
Post paid to pre paid change?

3. why your officials not assure to give the acknowledgements against
Complaints.br...

Aircel has gone wild in deduction balance suddenly around 30rs was deducted my number [protected] and when i contacted customer care MR Arghya Deb said it was for VAS which i activated though my mobile was switched off how it could be done he can not explained(activating VAS while connection not used)

now comes the appellate authority the most careless people
Mr. Rajan Nayyar [protected] did not even bothered to pick...

Hi I got call on my aircel number [protected] from this number [protected] regarding offer for 25 paisa per call local 10 paisa aircel to aircel and Internet for 6 months because I'm going to port my number on other network she told me the offer will activate in 4 hours now 12 hours finished not yet activated.they are cheaters please help me to solve this as soon as possible.

Dear Team,

There are last two times when little amount is deducted every time
from my mail balance with the reason given by your customer care
executive that deduction is due to down load of wall paper. But I am
have not download any wall paper from the internet.

This is not fair business practice to deduct the balances from
customerr main balance. this will effect your dignity and...

Due to financial issue, i couldn't continue service with Aircel Postpaid connection. I have paid extra money with this bill cycle.

Please help to Convert my existing Aircel Postpaid Connection to Aircel PREPAID at the earliest.

Also i gave request letter for the same to my nearest Aircel Postpaid Show Room ( Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri)

I am Subhajit dutta. i had use Aircel telecommunication since last 4 years.. Automatically started caller tune before yesterday date is 15/06/2016.Deducted 40 rupees.i had call customer service center lots of time. every time they said fault is mine balance refund not possible or call here after two hours.i am requesting to you please credit my balance in my number..my number is [protected]...

I have aircel mobile no.[protected]. I got call from company on 17 october at 12:29 pm.. I received the call . I did not press any option. still the service was activated on my mobile and 14 Rs. charge was taken. I called on customer service. the guy told me that balance once deducted will not be given back. so now I have no option. they do it so many times and I can not even complaint on their customer care service. They just block numbers....

I am unable to divert calls to my bsnl mobile from my Aircel number when it is not in coverage. I contacted the Aircel customer care many times but they could not find a remedy for this and further I contacted Aircel customer care thru their Twitter page no response. If the facility is provided it will be very useful for me, My request to Aircel is kindly help me with this issue. My mobile number is[protected].

I took new sim card of jodi offer that number is [protected] and [protected] we activated and i have done televerification. If i was calling its saying tht i was not having balanve and ita getting roaming.. I am from andhra and sim i brought it also from andhra they its getting roaming... On 14.10.16 I recharged 85/- for Talk time, Rs. 29/- for Rate cutter & Rs. 11/- for sms pack, but I am surprised to see that Rs. 1/- per sms is being deducted from my main balance. Either you refund the money or you activate the facility with immediate effect. Please do the needful...

Aircel is one of the worst mobile operator running in india. 2 days ago i activated an aircel ₹6 calling pack for one day. Now i am not able to deactivate it. i am calling customer care and they are giving ussd code to deactivate the pack but its not working. customer executives are as dumb as Aircel. I dont know what to do? Please Help me if its possible....

I had using Aircel No: [protected] & [protected] since two years. Every time i am calling outgoing calls for any networks the Worst Aircel Company jumps 1 or 2 seconds. Why loot always my money. Please don’t cut my money. I am calling for eg 20 secongs, cut only 20 seconds money. Not 22 seconds. I had proof is there.

On 12.10.16 at around 3:45 pm i saw from my existing balance became 0.13 from rs.83.13 (Approx).

Tried to contact customer service as well as complaint service several times but aircel customer service after informing heavy rush in their customer service line getting disconnected automatically. Aircel should ask for waiting...

There is unnecessary deduction of 15 ruppes from my account even I didn't subscribe for that..First they deducted 2 ruppes daily on basis of Internet after deactivating that...they started deducted from Jokes and health service...and keep sending pathetic jokes and health tips and much more and there what to say about there customer care service is all day long busy from last two day I m trying it kept on busy......

I" Using AIRCEL ...Actually i have already complaint abt not receiving incoming calls...for the past three months...now unable to send messages also... when i complained them 3months back...they called up and requested for 3months time to increase the cell tower signal strength or erect a new tower...itz almost 3months over...now along with calling problems( call dropping and call not receiving) messages also not sent...i don't know for what...

My Aircel Sim Number [protected] was blocked and I don't have the PUK number please give me the PUK number please do something as fast as possible.
