Unable to deactivate auto renewal plan

I get this message daily that pjbrc8 renewal failed due to insufficient balance. I want it deactivated now!!

Thank god i have insufficient balance otherwise i would have been bankrupt. Why are you guys not giving us options to deactivate it? I've tried all the codes mentioned online. None work. So it's my humble request that you deactivate this at the earliest....

I am using Aircel since 8 years and have never faced this kind of humiliation.
I have raised a complaint regarding the poor network service provided by Aircel on 9th Oct. A ticket with ticket number 1-[protected] is sent to my mobile.
Next day i.e.., on 10 Oct, an executive called me and informed that an engineer would visit my place to resolve the problem. I waited the entire day for the engineer to come but in vain. I waited...

The above recharge is displayed as special recharge in which company displayed a talk time value of rs. 230 and the validity of the recharge is 42 days on both at paytm web site and also at AIRCEL web site.

NDAIRPI2 on Auto Renewal.

Some NDAIRPI2 is automatically getting renewed everyday and till now 54 rs has been deducted due to this.
I have checked and there is no VAS service required.
i have already messaged STOP to 155332 and it shows no service enabled.
Everyday there is a msg telling me that the service is renewed.

I request you to please deactivate that service.

A call came from aircel company, 1 day back a person was taking to me he told something and without taking my opinion he activated ndairpi2 service, this service is deducting 2 rupees everyday i want this service to get deactivated and my money back too. This is the 3rd time I am complaining. These Aircel people suck. Actually, I tried to contact them like 20 TIMES now, from various media but they don't respond, this works best. I am tired of complaining now and shall proceed to the nearest store henceforth and create a scene which I truly don't care about. Service of 6 months free calling AIRCEL-AIRCEL provided only for a month. Then deactivated. Balance was cut while making calls AIRCEL-AIRCEL....
