This is the 3rd time I am complaining. These Aircel people suck. Actually, I tried to contact them like 20 TIMES now, from various media but they don't respond, this works best. I am tired of complaining now and shall proceed to the nearest store henceforth and create a scene which I truly don't care about. Service of 6 months free calling AIRCEL-AIRCEL provided only for a month. Then deactivated. Balance was cut while making calls AIRCEL-AIRCEL....

I have not subscribed for any vas subscription services but i received a message from aircel that "your beauty world at rs.35.0 is renewed for 7 days..." since i did not do that i immediately contacted customer care, they said that they will stop the service immediately & i asked whether they will add this amount in my bill, they said they will not add it & also they said if the amount is added to your bill you can register a complaint so...

I had activated the plan for 399.I use this number more than 1 year.. usually I got the bill like 450 or 500 normally. except this month I have received the bill what I use for net and calls so far.. but this month. 857?..I called your customer care they said u have activated some request and services.. but I didn't activated any requests and services.. The number[protected] is calling repeatedly even during late nights.
The person doesn't speak anything when called back but keeps sending text messages in a bad language. The number is disturbing for more than 2 days even after blocking the number the calls keep coming.
we tried shouting at them but still the trouble persists. kindly take proper actions and please refrain from providing services to such idiotic people....

I paid the bill before due date...outgoing facility s barred.. I called to customer service 100 times all r telling it's in active.. And suggested to restart the phone.. Til now it's not working.. Kindly check n solve my issue.

On last wednesday i have bought a aircel sim and he said that aircel will give connection in 2 days but today is wednesday they had not give the aircel line please take serious action otherwise i will go to consumer forum my aircel consumer no is [protected]i called many time sometime they respond and tower also was not coming please try to activate the sim by today...

I have been continuously trying to change my plan from Post paid to Pre paid. Every time it is just an eye wash process and you continue with sending monthly bills with all taxes.

On 13th Sep, 2016, I submitted my Proof of Id and address proof and photograph and completed the forms, paid my final bill also paid 100 rupees extra to cover the charge in case if i make some extra calls during the waiting period....

Despite of my being one of the oldest customer ie from RPG times no consideration show for service complaints. I have suffering from call drop problem and no net work problem for last 18 months are even more. I have registered several complaints with Aircel till now nothing has been done about it. They do not have any consideration for any customer suffering weather senior, CUG or any one, they are prompt and strict only with regard to collecting...

I closed my aircel postpaid account after much struggling and paid the extra amount for closing the account.. and i received the SR no for closing reference.. but still im getting my bill and demand notice..

I called to the respective customer care no 1000 times and they used to say i ll check and call u back after 10 mins..

But I still having the issue and u r sending demand notice..

Unsubscribe namma namitha from my mobile number. When I surfing net it automatically activated in my account which will be changes R's 35 per month. I also send SMS to 155223 no but I not get positive reply said That I am no subscribed any vas services.i using 3g net and when surfing pages then I get a sms that the namma namitha is activated for monthly subscription of R's 35....

2 days ago i got message "your aircel apdecpi9 pack has been renewed successfully" and then i lost my 9 rupees. then i deactivate this service by using ussd code *121*902# then it replies that you are already deactivated from this service. yesterday again i lost my 9 rupees! then i do the same dial *121*902# again same message you are already deactivated!!! then again today i lost my 9 rupees. over all i lost my 27 rupees....

On 28sept 2016 i recharged my number amount of 178 benefit of 1.25gb high speed + unlimited 2g data for 28 days..
Till 4th oct 11.59 pm i had 1.94 in main balance. And i had used less than 400mb out of 1.25 gb..
I didn't have any vas or other active services.
On 5th oct 12.04 am i had 0.14 rs in main and unable to connet internet...
Now i want justice... It's aircel employees fault not their owner's.

Keep the complaint aside, they havent ever called backed or even officially replied to my written (Mail) complaint.

On my constantly persuing them, all they do is buy a little more time.

Aircel sent a special data offer. To avail the same i recharged but the special extra benefit wasn't given. It happened twice.

Poor customer service, we are trying to contact customer care executives but it is impossible only the computer is speaking and asking us to press no. does aircell deals with human or computers? IVR is needed but for clearing Problems how does it understand our Problems.

I mailed to Care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but they only replayed with automatic response...I need proper replay That should be form a human not form Computer... Below...
