No one is responding neither through phone nor through email for the complaints raised

Aircel is worst service provider. They never respect their customers. Customer care gives us answers like a tape recorder which is recorded in their tongue. Repetitively gives us the same answer for all the questions. Without any intimation and without my permission they migrated my plan to other plan and they disconnected my outgoing calls without any prior intimation when it touched the credit limit within the two days of bill generation....

Aircel keeps activating some Aircel PI 9 (some internet pack) on my number again and again without my proper consent or my request. For this Aircel is using a deceptive means of "flash messages".

I have complained against this to the Aircel customer support, but they told me that they cannot help.

This is a fraudulent activity by Aircel and must be stopped....

Irresponsible behaviour

I had done tariff plan of 22 on 24aug by self subscription
After subscription company sent me message me informing that aircel to aircel std is 15paise per minute but it is deducting 30paise
Instead of resolving problem company didnt take responsibility and customer care executive' behaviour was irrevlant
Pls take steps against company otherwise
They will cheat people without fear...
