Aircel is worst service provider. They never respect their customers. Customer care gives us answers like a tape recorder which is recorded in their tongue. Repetitively gives us the same answer for all the questions. Without any intimation and without my permission they migrated my plan to other plan and they disconnected my outgoing calls without any prior intimation when it touched the credit limit within the two days of bill generation....

Aircel — please deactivate games club and refund my 3 rs.

What the hell is this... You stopped my outgoing and incoming services without my consent... And the number is 4years old..
Complained last night.. They said it wil start in 4hrs just wait... And its now 15 hrs i have been still waiting to start over my calls...
You better make sure you solve it otherwise i'll file suite in consumer court for your worssst services......

Why is my night data not working . I have recharged my account then also not working . I have used the ussd code but the problem is same. Aircel keeps activating some Aircel PI 9 (some internet pack) on my number again and again without my proper consent or my request. For this Aircel is using a deceptive means of "flash messages".

I have complained against this to the Aircel customer support, but they told me that they cannot help.

This is a fraudulent activity by Aircel and must be stopped....

I had done tariff plan of 22 on 24aug by self subscription
After subscription company sent me message me informing that aircel to aircel std is 15paise per minute but it is deducting 30paise
Instead of resolving problem company didnt take responsibility and customer care executive' behaviour was irrevlant
Pls take steps against company otherwise
They will cheat people without fear...

Hello I have been charged for the above mentioned services I have never subscribe for . Please cancel the transaction and credit back the amount in my account. I am using postpaid aircel network(ARP1018 Corporate-txt) under TNEB-CUG scheme and every year, as soon as I get intimation from aircel, I use to renew immediately by paying the scheme amount.But now without any intimation, this month the excess amount of Rs228.86/- is included with the regular bill.While I am always ready to pay the renewal amount, why should I pay the excess amount for my mobile [protected]?...

I Was aircel prepaid customer [protected] they some how convinced me to convert to postpaid plan about an unlimited 2g internet offer of 175 per month, , without saying hidden charges and tariffs, ,

they will not say about 1)roaming charges 2) cutoff internet speed 3)fine charges about late payment they say we will get only 175 rs per month

but first month bill i got 695 rs, they have not said complete details...

According to plan I should get 95 rs balance 95 SMS 95 mb but I received only 95 rs balance.

I started to use net and my main balance has been deducted.
