I have lost my mobile along with the AIRCEL sim card. Please block the out going & incoming calls from the below mentioned number so that it cannot be used by unknown person. Please do this as soon as possible.
I wanted to block my aircel number i already submitted request by calling customer care but still they dint process please revert back to me if you have any queries

I have recharged with Rs.133/- through Aircell App at 8.30 am on 15 June 2016. But till now no balance has deposited in my account. I have tried three times to talk with customer care officers but the officers say that there is a technical problems and cut my call without giving me satisfied reply on blocked me on customer care number. Now I am fully annoyed with Aircel....

I have applied for mobile network portability from Aircel Kolkata to Aircel Bangalore on[protected] on the retailer's shop as I shifted to Bangalore recently. The form got submitted. Even after getting verification calls twice the new SIM card is not active, i.e. portability has not been successfully done.

I have charged on line rate cutter for rs.61/- on[protected] once at 14.29 again at 14.33 hrs vide transaction id no gcmp[protected] and gcmp[protected] respectively and recharge ref no ko80135684111465981111979 and ko80135684111465981358792 ihave to do the recharging second time due to non responce and confirmation of first charging i request you either return the money or increase the validity date by another 70 days i have paid the bill...

I have registered a complaint to Aircel but my complaint has not been resolved. But got message from aircel that complaint has been resolved . Has been trying to call aircel on 198 since 4 days. But whenever I call on 198 they will always say please be online as our agents are on other call. And then the call will disconnect saying that we are experiencing heavy traffic. I wonder that whenever I call aircel they are experiencing heavy traffic....

It is with deep regret and hurt, that i have to make a complain since there was no solution provided even after 15 days of mailing my complain to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in since 2nd June onwards.

I am pawan using aircel network from past 4 years no sunday i buy a card which is not get rc so call to care call tranfor to escalation so the ask to rc card after 24 hr so after 24 hr i try to rc card on monday but it not sucess to again call to aircel care but it is not conneted no friday call conneted to care and call tranfor to escelation then one of your agient say that u well get a call from your side and to disconnected that call after...

This is rehana. I have been using aircel from past a year, till last month everything was going okay, when i did my first bulk recharge of 300 the problem started there, first they auto activated the masti club and charged 99, so i complained about it, they just deactivated the service, but never reverted back my money. Later again they auto-activated aircel deals and daily keep charging 1re/day, i just requested and deactivated the service,...

It is with a deep regret and hurt that i have to make a complain like this, that how stressful and annoying it has become for me for activating a new connection from aircel.

The number [protected], i had bought from the retailer on 28th may which got finally verified with my given identifications on 7th june after calling 59059.

Till date whenever i am trying to check my balance or anything from *125#, i am getting...

On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair...

My no is [protected] from Bikaner, Rajasthan.from last couple of days there is a problem that out going voice does not receive for the call receiving person. So pls solve this problem as early as possible. We are in problem because no one can connect from us.so again I request to authority person to solve this majaor problem so we can use your company services.again & again humble request...

Im not activating this service and I d'nt need this service Anymore.
So Pls deactivate this service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance..

Im not activating this service because i am already availing this offer.But the worst thig is your customer service neither they give me proper anwer and disconnect my phone 2-3 time. I am very disappoint with your customer service.

So pls get back the amount as soon as possible...

I recharged Rs. 30 via Paytm to the mobile number [protected] on 10th June 2016. Still I did not recieve recharge. Paytm site shows recharge successful. Can you please go through this issue and solve at your earliest.

I have a place for installing new tower . Below i mentioned my region.Compared to other network corporation you are providing nice service to customers. But in our region there is no tower of your company.. if you set up a tower upto 6-7 villages can get yor sevice.

I got a message suddenly now saying that 30 Rs. was deducted from my main account balance as I was being subscribed to Aircel Music Connect. I do not know how it got activated in the first place since I never opted for such a service from Aircel. And deducting 30 Rs. without my permission is quite agitating and I'll leave this connection and urge others to do the same if not refunded. This must be resolved, ASAP. My number...

I had made a call on [protected] on date 11/6/15 at around 5 pm.
For this call I had chargered ₹ 8 for 26 sec.
When I tried to register a compliant on 198, your executive is not responding well. Even he is not ready to registered any compliant.

I request you to resolve this issue ASAP.
