I have lost my mobile along with the AIRCEL sim card. Please block the out going & incoming calls from the below mentioned number so that it cannot be used by unknown person. Please do this as soon as possible.
I wanted to block my aircel number i already submitted request by calling customer care but still they dint process please revert back to me if you have any queries

Recharged balance has not deposited in my account yet

I have recharged with Rs.133/- through Aircell App at 8.30 am on 15 June 2016. But till now no balance has deposited in my account. I have tried three times to talk with customer care officers but the officers say that there is a technical problems and cut my call without giving me satisfied reply on blocked me on customer care number. Now I am fully annoyed with Aircel....

MNP service not successful

I have applied for mobile network portability from Aircel Kolkata to Aircel Bangalore on[protected] on the retailer's shop as I shifted to Bangalore recently. The form got submitted. Even after getting verification calls twice the new SIM card is not active, i.e. portability has not been successfully done.

Rate cutter charge of Rs.61/- twice deducted in 8013568411

About unresolved complaint and unethical practices

I have registered a complaint to Aircel but my complaint has not been resolved. But got message from aircel that complaint has been resolved . Has been trying to call aircel on 198 since 4 days. But whenever I call on 198 they will always say please be online as our agents are on other call. And then the call will disconnect saying that we are experiencing heavy traffic. I wonder that whenever I call aircel they are experiencing heavy traffic....

Recharge success but did not receive the data

It is with deep regret and hurt, that i have to make a complain since there was no solution provided even after 15 days of mailing my complain to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in since 2nd June onwards.

Received two service requests, as below, with none being resolved:

Unauthorised charges and auto activation

I have been using aircel from past a year, till last month everything was going okay, when i did my first bulk recharge of 300 the problem started there, first they auto activated the masti club and charged 99, so i complained about it, they just deactivated the service, but never reverted back my money. Aircel new connection not activated even after 2 weeks

Even aircel social care team is worst customer support

Im not activating this service and I d'nt need this service Anymore.
So Pls deactivate this service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance..
deducted my balance...
When i spoke with customer care executive then i didn't got proper response one...

Balance detected without permission

Im not activating this service because i am already availing this offer.But the worst thig is your customer service neither they give me proper anwer and disconnect my phone 2-3 time. I am very disappoint with your customer service.

So pls get back the amount as soon as possible...

I got a message suddenly now saying that 30 Rs. was deducted from my main account balance as I was being subscribed to Aircel Music Connect. I do not know how it got activated in the first place since I never opted for such a service from Aircel. And deducting 30 Rs. without my permission is quite agitating and I'll leave this connection and urge others to do the same if not refunded. This must be resolved, ASAP. My number...

Amount detection - when i called on toll free no.

For this call I had chargered ₹ 8 for 26 sec.
