Activated music without request

Upc code not received

My phone no: [protected] & aircel service provider informed that my UPC code is “DK18284 and it will expire on[protected].. But the retailer says the Upc code is wrong ! what can I do? then on5/5/2016 or 6/5/2016 again I sms to 1900 to generate upc code there is no reply ! once again I complain to Appellate but they are not providing any support. they says that I have registered dnd so upc code not generating from trai. I am trying to contact to customer care executive for the last 8 days but I could not succeeded . In this interval only one sentence I hear ""humare sabhi executives avi dusre calls pr busy h kripya line pr bne rhe ya humse punah sampark kare ya humare self help subidha ka lav uthaye help likh kr 121 pr SMS kare aircel me call krne k liye dhanyabad.. Tu tu tu tu ..."" and then call ended. I tried approx 50-60 times in a day at every time...

Auto activation of upedecpi9

Aircel recharge refund

I was called to Aircel service center regarding my refund because i loss my last 3 recharge, they inform to me we will processed with in 24 hours..after 10days me only called to service center to know the my recharge details, that service person told to me sorry sir we can't proceed your refund because its delay..

Unsatisfying response

I am using aircel. I have activated unlimited internet pack which takes RS.9 per day and it said it has autorenewal. while i was using on monday i was deducted RS.42 stating that 4mb data has been used .When i complained to the customer care they say that the pack will be activated only from 02:00-midnight(12am) hrs . I dont see the point of a day that is usually 24 hrs here.They must have stated this in prior .How would i possibly know that...
