I am facing problem with porting. My upc code expired before the new operator could processed for mnp. Now i dont have network to generate new upc and neither the number given by aircel is working. Even the website for generating upc is also down. Please help me. As is the primary number for my all bank, aadhar related documents. My number is [protected]...

I have paid my outstanding bill or aircel number [protected] which was suspended last but i didn't receive any email, money was deducted from my bank account, also i am not being able to generate upc for the number, i have mailed a few customer care agents but no one responded. I took aircel sim in jan 2014 in bangalore. I got transferred to hyderabad in jan 2017 and the network was fine. Later in march 2017, i got transferred to vijayawada, andhra pradesh and for 5 months the network was fine. After that, aircel network did not turn up till date. Now am back to bangalore still the network is not turned up. I want to know whether my number is still active?...

I generated my upc in may 2018 but received upc with expiry on 16th april 2018. I was unaware of aircel going bankrupt and withdrawing their services as i use dual sin phone but my whatsapp account uses aircel number. Recently i tried to switch to a new phone but i wasn't able to get otp for whatsapp and realized that there is no network on aircel sim and when i looked up on the internet about the same i realised that i was already too late....

I am asking aircel for port code but company is not responding me,
I tried all the company operator numbers but none responds, also their website not open.
So its my request to aircel company please send the porting code for my aircel number.
Below details

Aircel mobile no is [protected].

Location is maharashtra.

I could not change my mobile service provider from aircel to other services due to which my aircel number remains without any use.
Adding to this the unspent balance from aircel account has not been refunded nor has any initiative been taken.
Please resolve the two issues as early as possible. I still have my aircel sim kept safe incase the service provider can be changed....
