I am distributor of aircel ltd since 2013 my security amount is deposited with aircel of distributor and also app and also some claims pending which leads me to a financial crisis
After insolvency i visited aircel jaipur office but no one is providing information about to get the security deposit back and no information is shared for that same i am regularly trying my best but all in vain.

I am residing in chennai. I have been trying to change my mobile no from aircel to some other service provider. At present am unable to send or receive any message from my aircel no. My aircel no is[protected].
I am unable to send any port message to 1900 and there is no tower coverage at all. Kindly help me in sorting this issue at the earliest....

After generating my upc code... I submitted it to airtel... Aftr some days it revert me that upc code is wrong...
After somedays i again generated a new code and submitted to airtel... Bt the problem still persists... Again the revert from airtel was wrong upc code... What should i do now... Plzzz get me rid from this... As my mobile no is important for me... I don't want to lose it... So plzzz help me in this issue...

I'm having trouble porting my Aircel number. Have visited multiple mobile stores but no solution. I don't have any network to generate UPC code for number portability. I have tried calling all Aircel customer care numbers but none of them are available. This number is linked to all my bank accounts so need help here urgently.

My sim card with mobile no. [protected] is not working. On calling it says number does not exist. Seems my sim has been deactivated since it was inactive for some time. Sim had validity upto 2022 even then it has been deactivated that too without any prior information. Kindly fix it urgently as this number is important for me and is linked to a number of social and banking sites....

It has been 5 to 6 days since i have reported my problem about accidently sending an airtel payment to aircel and i still haven't received any response. This is very unfair because the number is just not registered with your company so how could it be successful! I am facing problem with porting. My upc code expired before the new operator could processed for mnp. Now i dont have network to generate new upc and neither the number given by aircel is working. Even the website for generating upc is also down. Please help me. As is the primary number for my all bank, aadhar related documents. My number is [protected]....

I'm sonam agarwal my aircel number number is[protected] in this number i have 450 rupees unused balance. After my aircel network getting deactivated i requested executive to refund my value but there was no response. Please look into the matter seriously and i kindly requesting you to reply me as soon as possible.

I accidently selected the aircel instead of airtel on my banks portal to make a bill payment of inr.800. And somehow the payment was successful! How could the transaction be successful if the number does not even belong to aircel. Please refund my money and get in touch with me on my email id [protected]@yahoo.com. Have settled all dues prior opting the port transfer and sent mails to aircel with proofs. No response from aircel and they have collected repeatedly dues when number was already transferred to other operator in dec 2017. Telephone calls and personal visit to their office representatives did not give any proper response. The telephone number is [protected]which is currently with vodafone. Can share all documents on demand....

The aircel network informed to public, as they will close their network on april 15th and they provided upc codes to change networks without changing mobie number.

What they cared for retailers? Every retailer maintain minimum 1000rs to 5000 rs of balance in their ec sim. Also maintain 2000rs to 5000rs voucher stock for their business. Why aircel not planned to refund the amount for retailers?

Dear aircel team, you stopped service in assam, and don't find it necessary to give port to another operator. I tried emailing, but no response from your side. It clearly shows how irresponsible you are. I sent sms for porting my number, didn't receive any reply.

I'm aware that aircel has been bankrupt and subscribers are been ported out to other services.

However i am currenly in usa now and couldn't reach aircel support through any means as updated in their website, however i want to know how i could get my number ported out to other service providers.

Also will i get the current balance transferred to my the ported service provider....

I generated my upc code on 30 march but it got expired before i can port to some other network, but every time i try to generate new upc code in the online site which is available, it shows the expired one upc code please tell how to generate new upc code. Every time on this site

I m waiting for a long time......

I ported on 31 mar 2018 from aircel to airtel and activation date was given as 17th april 2018. But not activated yet. Now customer care is saying upc code mismatch/details not available or any other excuse. What to do now? After waiting so long now these excuses are creating nuisance. Initially there was problem with upc code generation. But after doing everything number is not activated...
