Aircel — balance deducted for free minutes tarrif but benifit not given | |||
i am manan bajpai from kanpur and user of aircel (up east ) no is [protected]. i am activate a service from *121# rc 5 in which they told me that 15 local or std min given to me but after activating the service no benefit given to my no and i have complain to customer care same day date is 19/04/2015 and they said our server is updating we can not help you. after that i complain at 20/04/2015 two times for registering the complain for my issue they said your validity for the benefit is expire we do nothing. please resolve my problem as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
