[Resolved] Aircel — Balance Deduction and unable to check while deducting for last 3 days | |||
Dear Sir, I have recharge my account with MRP 209 and got 260 DA TT blance and I have asked customer care, about how to check balance but no further assistance was provided nor I have received any sms related to check those balance, and so later I contacted Aircel store they told to check your balance with *128# and I was helpless..by the time my SMS power recharge has been expired. and no intimation was given for that . and so it was deducting from TT balance, without my knowledge because it was not showing anything with related to my account balance. within 5 days my balance was ZERO . And so when I contacted customer care they firstly told that sorry for that but we can't help and can't refund your balance..and later blaming me that I have received a sms how to check balance..I never thought you guys ll lie on such things, they didn't one before and have Sent me while I was talking with one of the senior executive. I m really unsatisfied with such services. no retailer have a proper chart of your company plan. you guys never update me when my 299 or sms or internet service gets expire.You just cheated my trust my number is [protected]. As per our system records, it has been found that you recharged with 209/- on 07/10/2014 19:04 and have received all the benefits of 260/- free talk time and 260 MB data . You have already utilised this free talk time and his data balance is about 201.32 MB which will be expired on 11/20/2014, 23:59. Moreover, you can view the free balance by dialing *143*09# from his handset. Hope the resolution offered meets your satisfaction levels too.

Sorry to say you but I didn't receive any SMS from your end about my SMS pack Expired, and even didn't got any update or Message after recharging my account with Rs. 209 that how to check balance and neither it was showing anything while when I was messaging, as it was deducting from Rs. 209 without my knowledge. If I recharge with Rs. 209 you guys should update me from where I have to check my balance, previously i got an update date i can check those balance by dialing *128# . As per your system you can check that when I complain about the things your representative has forwarded me the SMS about how to check balance and blamed me that I have received earlier. I know you guys are Expert in Defending yourself, but want to know what's your excuse on this. Your service really make customers disappointed and lose faith in you as a service provider.

I m in Karnataka state, I don’t have any activated service. I called many times to aircel customer support but not able to connect from Karnataka. Kindly reuest u to deactivate my all other services because when I do recharge my balance getting deducted witout any mail or message i have check its showing ("there are no activate buckets.") Kindly chek it and do needfull.

Today few minutes back I have got a sms of activating MALL MASTI SERVICE for this Rs35 git deducted. But when I have called your VAS DEACTIVATE number 155223, IVR replied there is no such service activated. Then how Rs 35 got dedicated?
Called CustomeCare, they provide USSD still same info showing. Then how Rs35 got deducted?

This is Mala Ray. My no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 120/- talk time and Rs. 38/- promo in this no on 10th August 2016. Rs. 50/- has been used by me after the recharge. But on 18th August I have no remaining balance which should be Rs. 70/-. But I have not used any net usage or any other facilities. But why the balance has been deducted? How I receive my unused balance?

As per our record, you recharged with RC-61 on 09-07-2016 at 20:48 (benefit:-Local A2A @1.2p/2sec, A2O @1.2p/2sec & STD Standard Rate 70 Days ( 1st 60 Sec 1.2p/sec of the Day) + 100 MB 3G data (validity - 30 days) + 20 mins per Day Local A2A minute free between 00:00 am – 6:00 am validity - 30 days). and customer also recharge with RC-38 on 10-08-2016 at 23:32 (benefit:-All local calls @ 1.2p / 2sec for 28 days). As per record, your balance got deducted Rs.70.20, before balance Rs.70.29 and After balance Rs.0.09. for using GPRS in 2G/3G connectivity(usage 4.5702 MB ), on 8/18/2016 at 8:05:47 AM to 8/18/2016 at 9:13:53 AM, on that times GPRS PACK & GPRS balance was not available in your number that's why balance charged from main account. So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.

How to check the last three deductions on aircel? for a few days i have noticed that there is a constant deduction in my balance which cant be tracking and is deducted without usage.There should be some transparency in your deduction procedure so that the customers may also know & doesnt feel cheated.
