I've activated roaming pack of Rs.18 which have unlimited free incoming calls in Bihar and UP, but my balance is getting deducted on receiving calls. And my pack is going to be expired on 11th of May'16. And I too have selected aircel network manually.

I don't know the exact date of recharge, but I've checked the date of expiry on *133#, and today is the last day of my pack. And what are you all going to check? You going to refund my money? Totally unsatisfied with aircel, and customer care executives, as I was calling them since the first day of deduction but they didn't helped me, even they always disconnect my call without asking me. Totally unmannered behavior.
