Aircel — Balance Deduction on 24.11.2015 | |||||
Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Prasenjit Dey, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], on 24/11/2015 at my Aircel Balance was 12.50, after few minutes it become 0.50, hence Aircel Deducted Rs. 12. I am facing this problem last few months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. As Such Your Honour is Requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest. Dear deyprasenjit,
Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 12/- got deducted dated- 25/11/2015, due to Activation of VAS -MOC1- hungama through WAP. Credit of 12/- has been posted in your A/C and the same have ben deactivated from our end dated -27/11/2015.
