[Resolved]  Aircel — Balance deduction unnatural & rude behavier of representative

I Rana Das, my phone number is [protected].from dated[protected] Aircel operator continuously deducted balance from my pH acct balnce for nonsense vas service activation bt I couldn't activate all that vas servises..When I call to the customer care representative for resolution they first time told me that " there hv some problm in systm so they can't see anything in systm so call them letter"..after some hours later I called them again bt they said same things.. then I called them again for some hours later bt after that they bloked my number, so I can't connect the call to the customer care number...I tried soo many times to connect the call bt the same things happened. After that I hv no option soo I called them frm another pH number. They received the call bt they can't resolve my problm and behaved vry rudely & uncultured person.after that I told to the representative to transfer the call to the senior bt the representative still shouting on me & behave like a dog..they hv no sense how to speak with the customer & hanged up the call on my face..they deducted above 80 rupees frm my account balance.I wnt my money back to my pH..soo plzzz help me out..
