[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction - Unwanted Subscription | |||
Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. on 2nd oct, I faced issue like Pocket store activation for Rs 25/-.and I called customer care executive. But they didn't pick my call. I waited 1 hour in queue. What should I do? Should I give mercy to myself..because now I am fed up. Was this information helpful? | |||
