Aircel — Balance detected for many times without requesting any services | |||
Very worst experience I am facing with my aircel prepaid account. Keep balance is detected for activation of some services. Nowhere I had requested for activation. Last month called customer care and enquirer about this. They told it activated thru tele caller. He said that the service will be deactivated and the amount will be credited back. But still didn't get. Now roaming service automatically got activated. The worst thing is that I am already in some roaming plan (recharged 135). Fast 3 days I am trying to reach Aircel Bangalore customer care (around 9AM, 10AM, 12AM, 4PM, 9PM). Unable to connect to customer care. It says, will be transfer to customer service representative. But after sometime it says experiencing too heavy traffic and all our customer service representatives are busy. And then the call will be disconnected. Almost 6 service activated without any notice and request. I request some should seriously look into this issue. Many of illiterate people are loosing their money and they don't even notice this.
