Dear sir i am abdul and im using aircel mobile network with no:[protected]from this no they have dectated balance of rupees 50 from my account and i got a msg this Thank you for choosing Video Talkies 50 at Rs.50.0. You have been charged Rs.50.0 for 15 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223. when i call they customer care they saying that this service is actived from my side so no return of balance and this not first time i have got dected my balance many time plz help me sir

Date:28.11.2014 & Time:06:25 pm . i am happy with the successful recharge. after 10 min i got sms from aircel.in the sms Dear customer, thank u for subscribing dial in chat service subscription charges is Rs.30., validity 30 days.
now my balance:Rs.33.39. without any intimation how to detect my balance .
i am not subscribe any subscription pack and i am not pick any call from your network.

please refund my balance Rs.30.

My name govind shukla using [protected] aircel number. My balance was keep on deducting by activating unwanted services. If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number [protected] one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally...
My name is jayendra ..my number is [protected] .With out giving any information simply 148 rupees was deducted in my aircel ...customer service is disconnected my call and they are not talking properly also ..aircel network is fraud network dont use aircel network. ...
