Aircel — balance wrongly dedected

Dear sir, I'm a MNP port in customer. I had recharged rs.255 on 16-mar-2015 (7:50 pm) for 3G internet. Yesterday 13-apr-2014, (5:00pm) i lost Rs. 823 due to internet. Yesterday was last day of my data plan. But i never got any sms or notification for my data expiry date. But, I have 780mb bal. for internet. I am very disappointed for this behaviour without any notification how you can do this. So i want my money back Name: Saravanan.G Mob: [protected]
