[Resolved] Aircel — Balanced Deduct | |||
I am a new customer of aircel and my number is ([protected]) i think it was my second week o[censored]sing my aircel sim on 1st November early morning 12.10am i got the message that i have subscribed (TINY TV) i don't even know what was use of that and my balanced deducted 149rs first have 174rs and now my balance is 25rs (174-25=149) i asked customer that one pack costs 149rs and he told that i also activated videos pack but its 2 days gone still i don't have received any videos activation message and i have told him he told 100rs for videos pack i never heard a VAS service costs 100rs without any conformation message but i don't have been activated it all. and i called customer at 12.20am he told to wait for 48hrs and he give a complaint no ([protected]) and will refund the money but still no money has refunded.i have waited 48hrs and more i called 198 there was a heavy traffic from yesterday morning and today morning also heavy traffic its also a very bad thing on aircel sim i know there was not any traffic i called from other sim they are attending the call but customer have been blocked my calls its okay i am complaining u by your website but think about other people who have also this type of same problem but they don't know to use Internet so i am kindly requested you to please refund the money soon as soon as possible and please make my call attendable by 198 otherwise this reason will lead to disconnect o[censored]sing my sim.
