Aircel — Barred Services Without any prior information.

Sir, I am Shivang Gupta, I am using aircel for my number [protected] for the past 4 years. Now suddenly on 29-March-2015, they discontinued my services, without giving me any reason. When i mailed to there customer service, they said that you have to visit nearest customer care center with the documents. Sir fault is from the company side, they are asking me for the documents again after 4 years. They have not informed me about this.Due to this I have incurred huge loss. Please tell me what to do.
