Aircel — benefit not credited

Hello sir, my mob. [protected] (aircel mah) i have recharged frc 34 on jan 14 1st week which gives benefit 100mb data/mnth and onnet free calls for 3months i have got dis benefit till feb 14 but on dis month benefit must be credited till 3 or 4 date but still i have got it. I don't have any problem with aircel my all family member using it. But dis time they disappoint me and the cust. Care exe. knowledge is not updated. So its request to aircel don't make fool to a customer .
