[Resolved] Aircel — Benefit not get

Dear sir... I deduct my balance rs. 30 in [protected]@12 17/6/2014... Then i contact costumer care.. Bal back
I raise a complain 1-[protected] and they told me that they give my benefit but i got message your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 24/8/2016. But my complain still pending. Plzz resolve my complain as soon as posible.
