To aircell, This is to inform you that my Plan is 899.00 unlimited STD and LOCAL call on any network.and as your executive and collection Department has communicated to me that i need to pay only 50% of total bill for next 3 month and thereafter i need to pay 75% of total bill its means amount will be approx 500 rupees per month But as i received bill of 2754.00, can you tell me why did you send the bill of 2754.00. Therefore i am asking you to give me clarification of such kind of fraud done by you and your employee. as it is clear that you and your employee is cheating with customer.
