Aircel — Bill Paid but the line has suspended...

My postpaid number is from karnataka but i am in kolkata for some work in the mean time my connection has cutted due to my bill credit limit was in near by my limit. Then i paid my bill in Kolkata City Center Outlet they have given me the bill payment receipt but it was not activated after 3 hours as they said. Again I went to them they said that we dont know about it because it is other circle's number but we are sending them mail for it they will open your line within 3 hours but after 25 days also my connection is still suspended. pls look into this matter because it is an official number.
