Aircel — Call drop and network issue | |||
Dear Sir, With due respect, I want to inform you that I have been a problem of call drop in Aircel Mobile service Providers since 9 days.My cell show full network though I am not able to hear voice from the other side.After the same the phone automatically cut and charge me as one minute charges.I have not face such type of problem before.So I have lodged a complaint in aircel West Bengal circle number [protected].Till now the problem has not been solved.My number is from Kolkata circle but presently I am in WestBengal circle so I lodge the complaint in West Bengal they have assured me to solve this but I have not get any positive result.My number is [protected]. Thank you for the reply.As per the above requirement I have mentioned below.
Signal Bars: 3 or 4.Sometime it shows full i.e 6 (I already mentioned it in my previous message )

DISTRICT-NADIA
STATE-WB

Indoor / Outdoor/ Basement/ Any particular time interval or through the day: ALL THE TIME
Duration since facing issue:27th JANUARY (7 A.M) TO PRESENT.
As I have already mentioned you in my previous mail that I am in West Bengal circle and you can also search my location through my provided Aircel number.I am using aircel network from many days but never face this type of problem in this location.Okay let me know for any further details.But Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
