[Resolved] Aircel — Caller tune activated | |||||
On 4/5/16, caller tune was activated by company and this is not first when something was activated by company.This thing happens everytime.Iam really very disappointed. Customer care assure me that they will refund my money but they didn't refund and disconnected my phone.So I want you to give my balance back.Otherwise I have to take strict action against AIRCEL because there are so many people with me and same thing happens to those people also so everything is against your company now a days. May 5, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company didn't take any steps.They told me that they will refund my money but they didn't.Infact they disconnected my phone Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
