[Resolved] Aircel — cashback not received for RC399 & RC449 not working | |||
Dear Sir, Recharged [protected] on 19/12/2014 with Rs.399. As per Aircel offer, cashback of Rs.200TT in Main balance should be done. I have not received any cashback till now (22/12/14). when u going to do it Aircel? Also recharge of Rs.449 failed before doing this 399 recharge. 449 recharge is available for chennai users as per aircel online recharge website. then why? Really difficult in using/recharging Aircel new offers and plans. Somedays before recharge 101 is not working, now 449? There is no guarantee in Aircel that the plan we are recharging will succeed. whats going on aircel? Ur customer service is really irritating. They are not giving reply properly. Some people attending 198 CC no. doesnt really knows answers. just answering blah blah. Right Now please give my 200 cashback for 399 recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||

At least Aircel just given reply that they credited 200rs in special account. Eventhough They have not satisfactorily replied. No answer for other questions. Anyway resolved. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Unable to use special balance for recharge. Unable to transfer to other no. Unable to consume it. Why? So what is the use of special balance? Looks like i fell in the trap of Aircel showing offer 399rc=2gb +200rs. At least please transfer the 200rs cash back to main balance. I don't want any special balance, need only main balance. Aircel please give some proper answer.
When I try to make payment through IOB Debit Card, I got the message to enter card number correctly even after entering the correct number of my Debit Card. So I am not able to proceed to make payment. Pl help to resolve this problem
