I have been using aircel no ([protected]) since porting it from idea but never had any problem yet, but this time it's redicullous by aircel, balance deducted for data consumption 3 consecutive times in a week, even i have data pack activated on my number with 28 days validity.

Th deduction details are as following:-

11.8rs (05/06/16)

12.6rs (01/06/16)

8.00rs (31/05/16)

Apart from all these... I have activated roaming pack with 18rs for free incoming while roaming in up.

But still i am getting charge for incoming calls, is this type of service u have aircel??

Or you are just making customers fool, i have fed up of calling your customer executive with no response and solution from them, no this can't be tollerated at any cost, overview it and refund the amoumt and activate my roaming service soon as possible, otherwise i do have another option to proceed with.
