[Resolved] Aircel — Cheating by deducting amount from A/c | |||
My Aircel no is [protected]. Today morning I got a message from ‘DD-AIRCEL’ saying that ‘Thank you for subscribing to Video Talkies3………………………’. And my account deducted by Rs10 without doing anything. What kind of deduction is this? Is this a new procedure to cheat customer? I want my money back into my account immediately. And in future, to activate any pack first they should get a confirmation from me. Stop cheating the customer. Stop deducting any amount from customer in unfair way. Waiting for a positive solution. Oct 21, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks "http://www.consumercomplaints.in". After listing the problem in your portal Aircel returned the unauthenticated deducted balance to my account. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
