I am GNANAVEL, Working in Central Government of India (HVF, Avadi) in till 2004 onwards.

I had purchased two sims ([protected] & [protected]) in Aircel network seven years back (Neyum Nanum type). Now a days my sim has become very old and i am not able to contact properly. So i went Ambattur Aircel Office on 05/02/2016 and met Aircel office staff to change new sims, he informed me to change your plan Pre-paid to Post paid for better service and ask all necessary address proof details. I gave my Aadhar Card details & copies and also informed him please send your verification staff before 8am or after 8pm, because my self and my spouse are working. 08/02/2016, verification staffs from Aircel were came and verified one person whom came and verified my no. [protected] is clear and another person for [protected] is not clear. i can't understand i submit same address proof for two sims ([protected] & [protected]) one is cleared and another is not clear. regarding this issue i am very disappointed. and also i informed whom came for verification for [protected], "please wait or please come after 6 pm, " but the person was not co-operate for good customer. Hence, i request you to kindly clear this issue and please re-activate my two sims ([protected] & [protected]).
