I have received this mail on 25 th Nov. 2016, but now it's more than 48 hours but still I did not received my claim against wrong deduction..
So please make it quick because it's last time that I m requesting..

We would like to inform you that we would like to inform you that Rs.2/- SMS pack was activated on your Aircel number which gives 25 L/N SMS for 1 Day and same has already been deactivated at our end and you can also deactivate this pack from your end by dialing *121*02#.

Furthermore, we wish to inform you that the deducted amount Rs.16/- will be credited back to your account under one-time goodwill service gesture.
