Aircel — complaint not taken by customer care

Sir, i am a customer of Aircel prepaid service. My no. is [protected]. Today i found that my a/c has been debited by ₹.5/-.i called customer care. There were all ladies members. They told that missed call alert is activated, though i have not requested or opted for the same. I requested them repeatedly to stop the service and refund my amount, but they didn't bother about that. This type of behaviour is detrimental to any business. please do the needful stated above.
