[Resolved]  Aircel — Complaints against Kolkata aircel cutomer care

Sir, I inform you that my number is [protected]and when i called up 198 complaint number i got ridiculous behaviour from your Kolkata customer care services.Pradiptta dutta continue put on my call on hold at 55min when i ask why deducted 50 rupees from my account without any informing me.after 55min. disconnect my call as per aircel rules.afterthat i called up again to customer care that time Raj Roy received the call and he also without any enquary transferred to my call on gprs help desk than Deb mandal received my call and he informed me that its not netconnect balance deducted problem so you have to call again general customer care after that i called up again and Gautam Mukherjee rceived my call and he told me after 2hours call back agian.your service has giving us so poor reply and feel to irritate.your services make me feel to decided portable this number.otherwise i have to no choice do anything.Firstly your service deducted my main account balance without any information and secondly your customer care employee did with me ridiculous behaviour and gave me poor reply.Since last 4-5years your company providing us good services but now your company providing us herassement.
