Aircel — crappy service and custemer care

I'm using air cell sim from last six year .but now this service provider doing to much from last three month . they are deducting useless charges and all customer care they are treating like a unprofessional way whenever i try to gat support they have funny number call 121.123, 198,[protected], funny but true this company going to shut down and they dont no a value of a good custmer today they deducted R's 99 today...around 1 thousand they deducted from me last three month i think this is call make in india ... my problem still there 1255 new now what sordid my no [protected] [protected]@yahoo.co.in

We would like to inform you that as per our records subscriber have been charged for monthly rental of Blackberry services.Further if you wish to deactivate the blackberry service we would request you to send the below mention SMS from your Aircel number [protected].SMS:STOP<Space>BBW and send to 121Wewould also like to clarify that as per the usage charges are correct and no adjustment is applicable for the same.

thanks airceel team to remind me regarding this if you are not charging other then why 80 rupes deduction again. today again i load a complaint if I'm in roming i have done roming free recharge plus 3g data recharge plus which bbm services you people talking about
and thanks to remind me i ask several time to block bbm services but to custmer care but its useless e

please come with some extra metaphor
if aircell is not able to give service chandigarh plus ludhiana a major city then its useless cellular service
dont reply to my mail i[censored] cn, t solve my problem
and block my bbm service to asking bbm services to block this morning also i waste 12 rupee
