Aircel — Cricket alert not being deactivated | |
Respected Sir/ Madam
I Sailendra Dewan am a user of Aircel with number [protected]. I have been facing a problem of daily balance deduction of RS 4 due to the so called Cricket alert.
Now the issue of concern is that I have been calling the AIRCEL COSTUMER CARE SERVICE in number 121 since past week and have continuously asked the Costumer Care executive in to deactivate the Cricket alert pack. Everyday they assure with guarantee that they will deactivate the service within 24 hrs. But nonetheless same balance deduction continues. I have called everyday and asked the Costumer Care to look at the matter carefully but they insist that they have solved the matter. I have called today also (4th Jan 2015) and I have been assured by the Costumer care that they will deactivate the alert but i know same will continue tomorrow and again RS 4 will be deducted. Please look into the matters.
