Aircel — CSR (Customer Service Representative) RUDE | |||
Dear Team, I have been used Aircel prepaid mobile no [protected] from last 8-9 Years but your company deducted Rs 80+ on 29-1-15 due to Aircel net pack. Then i had the check in the morning why Rs.80+ was taken from my balance and your customer care representative told me that that i had already used up my net balance and was using above it but there was 609.0 MB left and your executive responded (RUDELY) saying that 609.0 MB is for only my watsapp and Facebook, but according to the plan my balance remained the same as above 609.0 MB, and i have used internet pack in the past as well, i had recharged for (349) on this plan i get 3G&2G Unlimited 3 GB for 60 Days. My only question is why did Rs.80+ got deducted from account when i still have 609.0 MB left and my net pack balance is only expiring on 13-02-15 and no where it is mentioned that my net pack balance comes below 600 MB or less and then it is only used for my watsapp and Facebook (Social Media) . Moreover your own CSR does not know must about your own product (Aircel), Because in past when every i have recharged i have only recharged for Unlimited on 2G&3G Packs but all of a sudden your CSR says that the 349 plan is a limed plan and 1GB data is divided for 3 months, when on your own website it cleanly mentions the 349 plan in 3G if for 3GB and after i finish 3GB it will be unlimited 2G Data. I am experiencing a very bad time with your Customer care Executives. There is 0% Cooperation from their side. I called up your Customer Care 3 times in the morning, but your Executives are disconnecting the calls directly without resolving my problem And the customer service representative's there are so rude that they don't bother to answer and even if they answer they have the same set of answer for any question, though i ask a valid question, they say (CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT AM SAYING TO YOU), I hope you will take necessary action and return my balances, and please ask your customer care representative to talk to customers in a polite way, so that you don't get any complaints in the future from other customers.
