[Resolved] Aircel — Customer care office - service Pathetic | |||
I had requested for a Nano sim with Aircel office in Ooty for my number [protected] on the Wednesday morning (15th Oct 2014). I had paid Rs. 25 for the same and been informed that the sim will be activated in a couple of hours by a person called YAGHU( who really is worried to open his mouth and talk - as if am asking him for a favor) Today morning ( 17th Oct 2014) i enquired what is the matter about and got a response saying that the set of sim's that my sim was given has some crap and gave me a new sim and took another 25 rs and gave a new one by Keerthika ( thanks to her atleast she was bothered to assist me) - still Yaghu dint even try to apologies on this. Over ALL I could say - AIRCELL 's service to their customers are PATHETIC. Was this information helpful? | |||
