[Resolved] Aircel — Data pack deducted from my main talk time balance without authorization | |||
On 23/7/2015 Aircel subscribed me to a data pack service of Rs 155 which was deducted from my main balance talk time without my authorisation or subscription to the service. Aircel, please provide proof of what you are saying because I DO NOT REMEMBER activating such service, you can`t simply dismiss a costumer simply saying it`s their fault. I provided you with my recorded proof of your doing now show me yours. I repeat to you, I did not want or activated the data pack trough USSD.
