[Resolved]  Aircel — Data pack deducted from my main talk time balance without authorization

Address:Khordha, Odisha

On 23/7/2015 Aircel subscribed me to a data pack service of Rs 155 which was deducted from my main balance talk time without my authorisation or subscription to the service. My phone number [protected]. This is a very serious matter, please look into it as this company seems to do such things on regular basis.

We checked and found in your account that you have recharged with PI155 through USSD on 23.07.2015 at 13.49, hence no waiver is applicable .

Aircel, please provide proof of what you are saying because I DO NOT REMEMBER activating such service, you can`t simply dismiss a costumer simply saying it`s their fault. I provided you with my recorded proof of your doing now show me yours. I repeat to you, I did not want or activated the data pack trough USSD.
