MY SIM [protected] AND DONGLE IS BEETEL. MY DATA PACKAGE OF RS. 198/- FOR 3 G IS ALWAYS EXHAUSTED WITHIN 48 HOURS INSPITE OF VERY LIMITED USE. I HAVE TO RECHARGE AGAIN . IT IS AWFULLY CUMBERSOME TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED NO FACILITY FROM AIRCEL SIM SO FAR . AGAIN, THE CONNECTIVITY IS VERY SLOW AND THERE IS OFTEN SERVER PROBLEM. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I HAVE NOT ENJOYED THE FULL DATA PACKAGE AND WHY IT IS ALWAYS EXHAUSTED VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT FULL USE. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our system records, it has been found that you had recharged with 198/- dated- 25/12/2014, 12:56hrs and the free data balance has been used up by you. Moreover, at present there is insufficient balance in the your Main A/C hence you are unable to access the data.
