I'm S.Ajaz Ali and I'm from Chennai, last month 1st week I have recharged Rs 45,
From my nearest dealer, I saw the offer suggested for me by dialling *121#,
It showed 200mb data and 20 Rs talktime,
But nothing came, I asked the shop keeper did u Recharge or not?
Said yes and showed me the number, I dialled customer service @198 and after 4 codes only it connected, for first time a person said that will check the issue and revert in 24 hrs, but no one called, I again called him and said I have called twice from the morning and the guy replied the same, still called in the evening and asked about the complaint, an other guy said sorry sir offer is expired, I asked him then why you showed it in my phone, said syst m problem, I said its OK, please Recharge the amount at least for 43 itself, he said will confirm with superior and call, but no one called again 3rd day I called them and said no one called me, the person openly said, I DONT KNOW WE CANNOT REFUND, ITS YOUR MISTAKE, I yelled at him and said will complain to the superior and hunged the phone, i left them as it is but TODAY i was watching some movie trailers through you tube, after closing the mobile a msg came written you have charged for jyotish shastra, the name I never heard, said it is apart of Vas service and charged Rs 35, and was written i[censored] wish to stop unsubscribe to the number, as I typed the msg STOP and msg the number but the return msg came as I have not been added to any Vas service, but still I have been charged an amount of 35 from my account, please consider this complaint in severe and do the needful I have a recorder attached to call so that each and every call is recorded, still now I can't able to forgive them, please take action against the company under the law
